This Court directs the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-II, Egmore, Chennai, to offer his remarks regarding the settlement between the Accused Nos.1 & 2 and the Complainant in C.C.No.1318 of 2013, dated 31.03.2015. Also, the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-II, Egmore, Chennai, is directed to issue warrant to secure the Revision Petitioners/Accused Nos.1 and 2 in continuation of the judgment of conviction passed by the learned Metropolitan Magistrate Fast Track Court-II, Egmore, Chennai, in C.C.No.1318 of 2013 dated 31.03.2015, and report compliance to this Court, returnable by e-mail on or before 16.08.2023. 6.With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed.
