This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorari calling for the records relating to the impugned Notifiation of the first respondent herein in G.O.Ms.No.33 Energy Department published in the Tamil Nadu Government Gazette part II Section 2 No.79 dated 26.03.2012 in so far as it relates to the petitioner's land is concerned of an extent of 1.50.5 Hectares in Survey No.207/3 of Vedal Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Kancheepuram District and all subsequent proceedings pursuant thereto and quash the same For Petitioners:
