District comprised in Survey No. 67/4C1A to an extent of 0.05. Cents in Application No. 2026/0123/06/001482 dated 20.02.2026 to put the fencing the property with the help of the 4th respondent within a time frame fixed by this Court.

O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the respondents 2 & 3 to survey and demarcate the property, which according to the petitioner is owned by her, based on her online application, dated 20.02.2026, with the assistance of the 4th respondent, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner had submitted an application through on-line on 20.02.2026 for the aforesaid purpose. Since the same was not considered by the official respondents till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3. Mr.S.Arumugam, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the 4th respondent. Since no adverse

orders are passed against the 5th respondent in this writ petition, notice to the 5th respondent is dispensed with.

No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the petitioner's property morefully disclosed in the prayer to this writ petition, after hearing the objections, if any, from the 5th respondent, the neighbouring land owners as well as any other party whom they deem fit to put on notice, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

5. The petitioner has also sought for a direction to give protection for the petitioner to put up a fencing. The said relief cannot be granted by this Court through this Writ Petition. If at all, the petitioner will have to redress the said grievance only by filing a Civil Suit.

6. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of in the following manner:- (a) Before surveying the lands in question, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to issue notice to the 5th

respondent, the neighbouring land owner, and also to any other party, if they deem fit to put on notice. (b) After receiving objections if any and after considering the same, the respondents 2 and 3 shall conduct survey and demarcate the boundaries of the property morefully described in the prayer to this writ petition, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

(c) If the need arises for police assistance and on a request made by the respondents 2 and 3, the 4th respondent shall render police assistance for the effective implementation of this order.

(d) There shall be no order as to costs.
