The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2018 pending on the file of Sub Court, Cheyyar seeks for early disposal of the case and prayed for mediation before the learned Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

2.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. The learned Subordinate Judge, Cheyyar is directed to dispose the H.M.O.P.No.34 of 2018, as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
