This Writ Petition is filed to direct the first respondent to implement the recommendations of the second respondent dated 11.04.2023 vide Mu.Mu.746/2023/B.

It is the contention of the writ petitioner that the property owned by the petitioner is the absolute property and patta land. However, some mistakes have been crept in the revenue records. In this regard, he has already given an application and based on the direction of this Court dated 30.11.2022, the Tahsildhar has conducted an enquiry and forwarded his report to the Revenue Divisional Officer. However, the mistakes have not been rectified. Hence, the petitioner seeks a direction to implement the recommendations of the second respondent.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents would submit that the first respondent / Revenue Divisional Officer will pass orders in a reasonable time. 5.
In such view of the matter, there shall be a direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders, on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
