Seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the complaint dated 10.09.2013 and file a final report.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is the case of the petitioner that the opposite parties had caused damage to the fence put by the petitioner over his property and therefore, the petitioner lodged a complaint dated 10.09.2013 for which the police has given CSR.No.247 of 2013.

4. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry was conducted in CSR.No.247 of 2013 and was closed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the opposite parties are continuing to cause annoyance to the petitioner.

6. This petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to lodge a fresh complaint, if the opposite parties does any prejudicial act to the petitioner and on such complaint being given, the same https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

shall be enquired into by the police and action taken in accordance with law.
