The petitioner has filed this contempt petition for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 23.12.2011 passed in WP.No.9394 of 2005.

2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that as directed by this Court, the respondent has passed an order in G.O.Ms.No.330 Home https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

(Police-2) Department, dated 27.05.2013, rejecting the request of the petitioner. Accordingly, the order of this Court has been complied with by the respondent.
