Respondents Prayer:- This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. to direct the 2nd and 4th respondents to secure statutory sanction from the 5th and 6th respondents, relating to Crime No.1/AC/2014/KM and consequently to file the charge sheet before the court concerned within two weeks herefrom.

ORDER
The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for direction, directing the 2nd and 4th respondents to secure statutory sanction from the 5th and 6th respondents, relating to Crime No.1/AC/2014/KM and consequently to file the charge sheet before the court concerned within two weeks 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondents. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that previously he filed a petition in Crl.OP.No.37386 of 2014 for direction, directing the second respondent therein to file a final report, in which, it was specifically mentioned on the side of the respondents that papers were sent to the higher authorities for approval and so, this Court passed an order on 02.12.
2014 directing the respondents to file a final report on or before 31.01.2015. 4.Today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that papers were sent to the higher authorities for sanction only on 27.01.2015 and hence, he sought for two months time for filing the final report after following the procedure for obtaining necessary sanction.
5.Considering the submissions made on both sides and on perusal of the facts and circumstances, I am of the view that it is a fit case for giving direction to the respondents 2 and 4 to obtain sanction in accordance with law and file a final report within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.With the above direction, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
