1. These Civil Miscellaneous Appeals have been filed, against the judgement and decree, 16.11.2021, made in CMA.Nos.2 and 3 of 2019, by the IV Additional District Judge, Erode, confirming the order and decree, dated 02.02.2018 passed in HMOP.Nos.101 and 86 of 2011, by the Sub Court, Bhavani.
2. This Court heard the learned counsel for the Appellant/husband, who submits that both the husband and wife have entered into a settlement agreement dated 19.01.2023 before the District Mediation and Conciliation, https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2

Srcm Erode and hence, the matter may be disposed of, in terms the said settlement agreement.
3. As stated by the learned counsel for the Appellant, the Mediation Report dated 01.02.2024 along with the settlement agreement, dated 19.01.2023, has been received. On a perusal of the said settlement agreement, it is seen that both parties have entered into an amicable settlement. In view of the same, recording the submissions of the learned counsel for the Appellant and the said settlement dated 19.01.2023, this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is disposed of in terms of the said settlement agreement, which shall form part of the decree. No costs.
