This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 802 days in filing a criminal appeal against the order of execution of sentence and conviction passed by the learned Sessions Judge (Fast Track Mahila), Namakkal, dated 16.04.2021 passed in S.C.No.5 of 2020.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 802 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
