ORDER
When the matter is taken up for consideration, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Revision Case with liberty to file fresh https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
petition seeking enhancement in the maintenance case. The permission sought for by the petitioner is granted. In view of the same, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
