This writ petition has been filed calling for the records relating to the order dated 6.7.2021 sent by the 4th respondent through email to the petitioner and to quash the same and consequently forbear the respondents 1, 2 and 4 from any manner canceling or allotting admission of DM Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Medicine in the 4th Respondent Institution, Rishikesh to any other candidate.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous. 3.Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No Costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
