O R D E R

While the petitioner was working as Headmistress, the second respondent initiated disciplinary proceedings against her by issuing charge memo dated 1.8.2012. The second respondent ultimately passed an order of punishment of stoppage of increment for a period of three years with cumulative effect. The order in question was passed on 13.11.2014. The petitioner filed an appeal before the first respondent on 24.12.2014. The present request is to direct the first respondent to dispose of the appeal as expeditiously as possible.

2. The first respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner, challenging the order dated 13.11.2014 on the file of the second respondent on merits and as per law. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
