ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to relax the condition imposed in the order dated 09.03.2026 passed in Crl.O.P.No.5961 of 2026.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been strictly complying with the said condition for the past one month without any default.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), appearing for the respondent/Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.

4. Considering the said submissions, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.6(c) in Crl.OP.No.5961 of 2026, dated 09.03.2026, is hereby relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent Police as and when required for investigation.
