ORDER

The petitioner has filed the above writ petition to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the respondent to upload his name in the website in line with the manual patta by considering the representation dated 16.04.2017, within a time frame.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that in spite of the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2017, the respondent has not completed the exercise of law.

3. Mr.S.N.Parthasarathy, learned Government Advocate, taking notice for the respondent submitted that the respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2017 and pass orders, in accordance with law.

4 Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought now by the learned counsel for the petitioner, https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

without expressing any opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.04.2017 for uploading the petitioner's name in the website in line with manual patta, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
