ORDER

Challenging the order passed under sub-section (1) of section 5 of the Public Premises (Eviction of Unauthorised Occupants) Act, 1971, dated 29.7.2015, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. Admittedly, the order impugned is appealable. Therefore, I am not inclined to exercise the discretionary jurisdiction under Article 226 of The Constitution of India. However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is given a further period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, to file appropriate appeal before the authority concerned.
