Respondents Prayer: Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to conduct elaborate enquiry regarding with 2018 election process of the cooperative elections and who are benefited for the loan waiver scheme who adopting illegal method and take necessary action against them including the supersede the cooperative societies by appointing the Special Officers by disposing the petitioners written representation on 28.06.2021 within a stipulated time.
