Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the Petitioners that they shall report before investigation officer daily at 10.30 am until further order imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.8436 of 2022 dated 12.04.2022 and thus render justice. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SWAMI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate(Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners Crl.O.P.No.8436 of 2022 on 14.04.2022 to appear before the Investigating Officer daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is totally relaxed. However, the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
