When the Writ Petition was listed for hearing on 13.10.2017, there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner and the Registry was directed to list the matter under the caption 'for dismissal'. Today (26.10.2017) also when the matter was called, none appeared for the writ petitioner.
2.In the light of the fact that there is no appearance on behalf of the petitioner, it is evident that the petitioner is not willing to get along with the matter and therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
