Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 3 to 6 to consider the objections raised by the petitioner by providing him an opportunity of hearing regarding the grant of permission sought by the respondents 7 and 8 for digging of two wells for their meager holdings of about 1.96 acres in S.F.No.66/4A in Periyakottai Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District just near the Parambikulam Aliyar Project Irrigation Canal and the strange permission sought by the respondents 7 and 8 to lay pipelines to bring water to the lands in S.F.No.66/4A abutting the Parambikulam Aliyar Project Irrigation Canal from their lands situated in S.F.No.34 and 47/1C in Periyakottai Village, Udumalpet Taluk, Tiruppur District through Government Lands.
