Respondent Prayer: This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. to relax condition that petitioner/accused no.7 are directed to appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders as per the order passed in Crl.MP.No.1011 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.34964 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020.

ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1011 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.34964 of dated 28.01.2020 that the petitioner/accused No.7 shall appear before the respondent police once in a week i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.

4. In view of the above submissions, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP.No.1011 of 2020 in Crl.OP.No.34964 of 2019 dated 28.01.2020 is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30a.m., until further orders. The other conditions imposed shall remain unaltered.

With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
