This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to provide police protection to the petitioner, based on her representation dated 12.02.2021.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents. 3.On a reading of the complaint, it appears that the Civil Suit in O.S.No.101 of 2010 is pending before the Subordinate Court, Tiruppur.

4. Since the dispute is civil in nature, no positive direction can be issued as prayed for by the petitioner and this petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to workout her remedies before appropriate forum in the manner known to law.
