Though the petitioner is called absent, Mr.A.K.Sriram, learned counsel appearing for the third respondent/Executive Officer, Arulmigu Arunachaleswarar Temple, Thiruvannamalai, would agree that representations of the petitioner commencing from 24.08.2015, till the most recent one dated 27.11.2018, requesting payment for certain works carried on by the petitioner under work order dated 17.10.2013, are still pending.

2. He assures the Court that the representations would be disposed, after hearing the petitioner, within a period of six

(6) weeks from today.

3. The Mandamus, as sought for is thus issued, directing the third respondent to consider the various representations filed by the petitioner as aforesaid and dispose the same within a period of six (6) weeks from date of uploading the High Court website of a copy of this order.
