This Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 208 days in paying the deficit Court fees of Rs.19,273/- in the CMA.Sr.No.111100 of 2022.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned. Hence, this petition is ordered as prayed for.
