O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to withdraw the HMOP No.2408 of 2021, pending on the file of IV Additional Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to the file of the I Additional Family Court at Chennai, wherein the petition filed by the respondenthusband is pending.

2. In respect of Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions filed to transfer the cases within the District, the same is to be filed before the Principal Family Court, Chennai, who is empowered to consider such Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Principal Family Court at Chennai for the purpose of conducting the joint trial. Thus the petitioner is at liberty to approach the Principal Family Court at Chennai for the purpose of redressal of her grievances.

3. With the abovesaid liberty, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous 2/4

Petition stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 06-12-2022 Speaking Order/Non-Speaking Order.
