This application is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased party.

2. The dispute is between the partners of the partnership firm. The respondents in this application have no objection to this application being allowed.

3. Accordingly, this application is allowed by directing that the legal heirs be brought on record as prayed for. Consequently, the applicant is directed to carry out the amendments in the cause title of the petition on or before 11.11.2022 and serve a copy of the amended petition on the other parties within a week thereafter.

4. The second petitioner in the O.P / R.Subbulakshmi died on 27.02.2020. Since the legal heirs of the second petitioner, namely, the third and fourth respondents, are already on record, it is not necessary to implead them. However, this should be recorded in the cause title. The applicant is directed to carry out necessary amendments in this regard also.

5. List the matter on 22.11.2022.
