[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this petition has become infructuous, since the detention period is over. 2.

It is seen that the order of detention was passed on 31.08.2020 and this habeas corpus petition has been filed only on 12.07.2021.
