By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 2.The petitioner has come up with this writ petition seeking a direction to the 2nd respondent to issue patta in respect of the land purchased by him through Court auction in O.E.P.No.49 of 2006 in O.S.No.7 of 2005, dated 16.03.2007 on the file of the District Munsif Court, Ranipet, Vellore District. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, in the Court auction conducted by the learned District Munsif, Ranipet, Vellore District for the property situated in D.S.No.393/2, Marudhampakkam Village, Walaja Taluk, Vellore District measuring an extent of 3.01 ares, the petitioner was the highest bidder and he paid the bid amount. Having received the sale certificate from the District Munsif, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 27.08.2018 to the 2nd respondent to issue patta in his favour, but the 2nd respondent is yet to dispose of his representation.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, this Court directs the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.08.2018 and pass appropriate orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording due opportunity of personal hearing to the petitioner as well as any of the interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
