2. Inspie of earlier order passed by this Court in CRP.No.1083 of 2022, dated 29.04.2022, directed the Subordinate Judge, Tiruvallur, to take on its record the payment out petition filed by the revision petitioner in I.A.Sr.No.1864 of 2021 in L.A.O.P.No.

289 of 1986, but the Trial Court has not considered the same.

3. Hence, this Court is hereby directing the Court below to dispose of the I.A.Sr.No.1864 of 2021 in LAOP.No. 289 of 1986 in the manner known to law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is disposed of.
