..Respondent(s) Prayer: This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the Respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.09.2025 and the 4th Respondent to issue computerized Patta for the agriculture lands in Survey number 976/6 measuring to an extent 0.04.5 Ares agriculture land at No.67 Nagamangalam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District. ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025.
2. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made a representation dated 08.09.2025 before the respondents to issue computerized Patta for the agriculture lands in Survey No.976/6, measuring to an extent 0.04.5 Ares agriculture land at No.67 Nagamangalam Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District. For which, the fourth respondent has also issued a 'D' Memo dated 19.06.2008. However, the said representation was not considered, as on date. Hence, this writ petition.
3. Mr.M.Senthamizh Selvan, learned Government's Counsel accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and submitted that the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 will be considered within a period of four weeks.
4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.
5. Considering the limited relief sought by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directs the fourth respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 08.09.2025 and issue a computerised patta to the petitioner, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
