PRAYER: Contempt Petition filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents herein for their wilful and deliberate disobedience and defiance of the orders of this Court dated 24.07.2023 in Writ Petition No.22189 of 2019 and close the breach thereof.

The proceedings of the third respondent in the writ petition/ District Elementary Educational Officer, Villupuram dated 24.07.2025 in Na.Ka.No.275/A4/2024 has been forwarded to this Court and it is seen that the appointment of the petitioner had been approved with effect from the year 2002, when she had initially joined the post.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that there should be some directions given regarding the salary to be paid.

3. I am confident that the respondents would take up that issue without any delay, hopefully, within a period of eight(8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
