Criminal Revision filed under section 397 r/w 401 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, to set aside the judgment passed in C.C.No.183 of 2012 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tiruppur dated 08.07.2013 and convict the first accused i.e., the second respondent under Sections 406 & 506(i) of IPC and convict both the accused i.e., the second and third respondents under Section 494 IPC.
