Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari, calling for the records relating to proceedings in P.R.No.29/H1/2014 dated 01.05.2014 of the first respondent herein and quash the same. O R D E R

Mr.AR.L.Sundaresan, learned Senior Counsel argued the matter for a considerable length of time and the Writ Petition pertains to the challenging of a charge memo issued against the writ petitioner on 01.05.2014.

2.This Court expressed its opinion with regard to the entertaining of the Writ Petition on the ground that no writ can be entertained against the charge memo on the grounds raised in this writ petition. At this juncture, the learned Senior Counsel requested that the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the writ petition.

3.Accordingly, the writ petitioner is permitted to withdraw the writ petition and further, it is left open to the writ petitioner to submit his explanations/objections and participate in the enquiry by appropriately defending his case before the competent authority.
