Limited prayer sought for in the present writ petition is for expeditious disposal of the appeal pending before the 2nd respondent herein.

2. It is seen that the said appeal is pending for more than https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

five months from 18.03.2021 onwards. As such, it would be appropriate to fix a time limit for disposal of the appeal.

3. Accordingly, there shall be a direction to the 2nd respondent herein to complete the appeal dated 18.03.2021 preferred by the petitioner by passing appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three

(3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
