ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking to direct the 3rd respondent to conduct further investigation and include all the accused involved in the offence committed in Crime No.7 of 2021 and file a fresh FIR.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu appearing on behalf of the respondent.

It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner originally filed complaint https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

against three persons including one Kalpana, who is a second wife of her husband Amaran, but, case in crime No.7 of 2021 was registered against two persons only i.e. Amaran and Tamilselvi and subsequently she made representation to the respondents to include the name of the second wife, which was not considered by the respondents.

Hence, 3rd respondent is directed to conduct further enquiry into the complaint and the representation made by the petitioner and if found necessity, include name of the second wife in the above crime.

This Criminal Original Petition is disposed of accordingly.
