ORDER

The Criminal Revision Case has been filed to quash the order of dismissal dated 15.09.2011 in C.C.No.119 of 2006 on the file of the Learned Additional District Munsif-cumJudicial Magistrate No.I, at Ulundurpet.

2. Today, when the matter was taken-up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the first respondent submitted that pending revision, the sole accused, namely Santhilal Chordia S/o.Mangilal Chordia, died on 22.11.2015 at Raipur Haweli Chandi Hall, Jodhpur. He also filed a memo to that effect along with a copy of the Death Certificate of the second respondent.

3.In view of the above submission, and also the memo filed by the learned Government Advocate, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated.
