Side) on behalf of the Respondentsthe court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 18.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.11504 of 2022 to execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, one among the surety shall be a blood relative of the accused, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfation of the learned Magistrate concerned.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall execute a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the respondent police or the police officer who intends to arrest or to the satisfation of the learned Magistrate concerned. -sd/- 15/06/2022 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
