This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the F.I.R. registered in Crime No.32 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 279, 337 and 304 (A) of IPC on the file of the Inspector of Police, Viruthampet Police Station, Vellore District.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the investigation has already been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Vellore, vide Ref.No.LTN20230001465C202500191.

3. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed at the admission stage itself. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
