This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to dispense with the production of the certified copy of the FIR in crime No.32 of 2017 for the offences under Sections 279, 337 and 304(a) of IPC on the file of the Inspector of Viruthampet Police Station, Vellore District and permit the petitioner herein to file the online downloaded copy of the above said FIR.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
