A.Nos.183 & 184 of 2019 and Comp.A.Nos.126 to 130, 268,298,359,360 to 365 of 2019 and Comp.A.Nos.295 to 300 of 2018 and Comp.A.Nos.859, 860 & 861 of 2017 and Comp.A.Nos.980 & 981 of 2016 and C.P.Nos.372, 143 & 234 of 2013 SENTHILKUMAR RAMAMOORTHY J., The Official Liquidator proposes to engage the services of Mr.S.R.Sundar learned counsel. Therefore, he seeks time. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the learned Administrator refers to the detailed report dated 30.06.2019. He expresses reservations above sharing the report with the various applicants before this Court until their credentials are established. Both the learned Administrator and the Official Liquidator are directed to file an updated report indicating the status of the company as on date. Such report shall be filed on or before 17.12.2021.

2. An Application to declare a disposition void (C.A.No.859 of 2017) and a subsequent application to validate the said disposition (C.A.No.359 of 2019) are pending before Court. These two applications shall be listed on 13.12.2021 for arguments. If any counter is proposed to be used in the application to validate the disposition, a copy thereof shall be served on learned counsel for the applicant therein 1/1

at least two days prior to the next date of hearing. List all other applications on 17.12.2021.
