ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent Police to direct the respondent Police to complete the investigation in Crime No.609 of 2012, on the file of the respondent Police and consequently file the Final Report within a stipulated time.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that though the respondent Police has registered a case in the Crime No.609 of 2012 on 05.04.2012, no final report is filed till date.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent Police may be permitted to file a final report within a period of two months. 5.In view of the above, the respondent police is directed to file a final report within a period of two months, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6.With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
