COMMON ORDER The prayer sought for in these present petitions is to direct respondents 1 & 2 herein to grant adequate police protection to the petitioner company and further protect the ingress and egress of all vehicles from in an out of factory premises, including company vehicles commuting the petitioner's workers from all pick and drop points.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the prayer sought for has now become infructuous and hence nothing survives in these writ petitions.
3. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these writ petition stands dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
