This criminal original petition has been filed seeking direction to the respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 14.07.2015.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that her husband Selvam was a painter, who was engaged by G.V.Residency for painting work. While he was carrying on his work at plot No.86 of G.V.Residency, he fell down from the building and sustained injuries. He was taken to Coimbatore Medical College for treatment. Now, he is bed ridden and unable to do any work. Hence, the petitioner's wife lodged a complaint. Though, a CSR has been assigned in CSR No.814 of 2015, no action has been taken. Hence, the present criminal original petition has been filed.

3. I have heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

4. Considering the submissions made on either side, this Court directs the respondent police to enquire into the matter and proceed further in accordance with law, as early as possible.
