This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records in FIR in Cr.No.14 of 2011 dated 18.01.2011 on the file of the respondent police and quash the same as illegal.
2. Today, Mr.A.Rengarajan, Sub Inspector of Police, Sendurai Police Station, is present before this Court.
3. When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that investigation in Cr.No.14 of 2011 was completed and Final Report was filed in P.R.C.No.21 of 2016 before the Judicial Magistrate, Ariyalur. Recording the same, this petition is closed as having become infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
