2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that, on a complaint given by one Srinivasan, petition enquiry is pending.

4. In view of the above, the respondent Police is directed not to harass the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in the enquiry. During the course of enquiry, if any cognizable offence is made out, the respondent police is https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

free to register an FIR and this order shall not be a shield for the petitioner against arrest.
