This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to call for the records from the respondent pertaining to X Crime No.296 of 2011 registered on 18.07.2011 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 r/w 120 B of IPC on the file of Inspector of Police, Team 15, Central Crime Branch, Egmore, Chennai and quash the same.

4. On instructions, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.296 of 2011 was completed and two final reports have been filed in C.C.No.1398 of 2013 and C.C.No.1399 of 2013 and the same are pending on the file of the Special Court for Central Crime Branch, Allikulam.

Recording the same, this petition is closed as having become infructuous.
