O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner subjected himself to DNA test by giving blood samples and the samples have been sent to the Lab for DNA test. He would submit that the respondent will be able to get the result within a period of eight weeks.

2. Post the matter on 08.02.2020. Interim anticipatory bail granted by this Court is extended till then.
