ORDER

This writ petition was filed seeking a prayer for issuance of writ of prohibition, prohibiting the respondents from interfering with the petitioner's peanut shop carried on in the schedule property including from pulling down the shop, unless mechanic and tinkering trade is carried on in the schedule property. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.K.V.Ananthakrushnan, learned counsel for the third respondent submitted that when the third respondent-Mr.Alagar had expired on 14.11.2012, for want of sufficient steps to bring on record, the writ petition should be dismissed as abated.

3. As the third respondent had passed away on 14.11.2012 and till date no one has been brought on record, the writ petition is dismissed as abated. No costs.
