ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Sections 285 & 379 of IPC in Cr.No.41 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant namely G.Raja lodged a complaint stating that his Son Gopalakrishnan had some illicit relationship with one Jothi. On 14.06.2018, the said Jothi's son and his friends murdered the defacto complainant's son. Hence this complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is a habitual offender and there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner and strongly opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are three previous cases pending against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
