When the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner's son has involved in a case in Crime No.292 of 2015 and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody and further he submitted that the petitioner is not required for enquiry and it is incorrect to state that the petitioners are harassed by the respondent police.
